I liked that the condo was gulf front. It was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed.
The only thing I didn't like was registering for parking and having to pay $50 to park, and even my son had pay $10 for guest parking.

The grounds were pretty, beach fairly clean. Condo….meh…nice sized but the closets were cluttered and dirty. I found a deteriorated KitKat in my boys closet floor along with a ton of sand. The condo itself was big but hasn’t been cared for. Horrible paint “cover-up” spots, almost every blind in the windows were missing slats. Both bathrooms are in dire need of updating. Master shower- rust or hard water stains around shower valve made me feel like I wasn’t getting clean. Maybe there’s a new owner that hasn’t got around to updating anything yet, I’m not sure, it was ok but I wouldn’t choose the same condo again.

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Easy access to beach.
Would have been nice to have beach chairs and beach towels. We ended up buying some and left them for next tenants. I hope they are kept there for others to use.

This is our 4th time and Lands End and really enjoyed the location to the beach, family friendly area. Would stay here again.
