About this house rental

Enjoy the quiet Hill Country in this 3 bedroom house that has been completely renovated as of June 2024. The large yard is completely fenced, so your animals can enjoy the outdoors with you as you sit on the patio!
This is just a short drive from the Utopia Golf Course and The Utopia Park. This house is cozy and quiet and easy to find North on Ranch Road 187. Utopia is a great location to stay and relax. We are a 15 minute drive from Garner State Park and 15 minutes from Lost Maples State Park. Whether you are planning on floating the Frio or hiking the hills we have a place for you to stay.

I was extremely impressed with the beautiful oak trees and the property grounds. The house was very spacious and comfy! Everything was stocked with items and supplies for our stay. My whole family enjoyed the stay especially the kids... just walkingvaround the property they saw deer. Cows. And many birds...we definite have this down as one of our favorite stays!

This ranch house is a great place to stay if you love the country. We were close enough to Garner state park, Lost Maples, Frio Bat cave and even made the short (Texas time) drive out to Enchanted Rock. The fenced in acre of yard and back patio area with a handmade brick smoker/ grill. Your family and pets will have a great time.

Our family of 4 and our dog, stayed there with our friend's family of 2 and a dog, for two nights and spent New year's night and the weekend there. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Let me start with my communication with the manager Amanda, who was very prompt, extremely polite and helpful in her responses. We found the house with clear instructions from her and had no problem getting in. The house was beautiful and perfectly clean, prettier than it looks in the pictures. It was very well maintained, fully equipped, they even had everything ready for a bonfire. The bedrooms were perfectly set, in the perfect temperature, were nice and breezy which is unusual to find in many other houses that I have stayed in the past. They have 2 full bayhrooms ( even though documented as 1-1/2) in the site. The master bedroom is huge and the other two bedrooms are very spacious as well, and beautifully decorated. The bed room with bunk beds was also fully equipped and spacious to accommodate a larger family. They have a beautiful vast fenced yard around, where the dogs had a lovely time playing and the deer/ antelopes visited us. This place is about 15 min drive from Lost Maples and is very convenient. We will certainly return again especially in the fall to experience the beauty of Lost Maples in full glory.

Great homey stay!

We stayed for a holiday weekend and really enjoyed it! The place was as described in photos and was a great escape into nature. Location was great ~25min drive to Lost Maples for great hiking.
