Lo bueno es que tiene dos baños, la atención en recepción, la distribución de los espacios y que se puede ingresar y salir en la noche sin restricciones.

Falta mantenimiento en algunas partes del alojamiento. El domingo no hacen aseo. La ubicación del lugar queda en una loma bastante empinada, y si no tienes carro...es complejo. Hay zancudos. Se hizo el abono de la primera noche y en la recepción no tenían conocimiento.

Destaco dos puntos: 1. La ubicación: Walking Distance de la zona de Granada (Restaurantes - Bares & Shopping). 2. Mas que una habitacion es un apartamento pequeño con muy buen espacio, y dos zonas independientes: Habitación y Sala-Comedor, y un balcon donde se ve una parte de la ciudad. Las fotos de la publicación son 100% iguales a la realidad.

En realidad todo estuvo OK.

I loved the breakfast and service in general! The place is amazing specially if you need to be close to the downtown of the city.

The personnel at the front desk in both locations

This company should hire managers equivalent to the staff on the front desks, particularly Travelers Orange in Cartagena, which I believe is apart of this company. I've personally have stayed there for 10 months and every single month or week something breaks down and management doesn't even inform the guest. The location is great but the management and maintenance is absolutely the worst of anywhere I've stayed. It's as if you are felt like a nuisance complaining for the ver same service you pay for. Its apparently ok short term but long term their are major issues. This place has great potential if it was managed and maintained by the proper staff.
