Appartamento super centrale, bello, pulitissimo, profumato,comodo direttamente sulla Gran via abbiamo girato tutto a piedi e qualche volta con Uber , Host cordiale e premuroso , lenzuola e asciugamano di qualità, cosa desiderare di più?

The location was very central, the apartment was very neat and clean, everything worked and had everything we needed. The host was super helpful with any request or query we had. They responded quickly and always tried to assist.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! ❤️ Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Tout était réuni pour passer un agréable moment : appartement très confortable, extrêmement propre, parfaitement situé et dans un immeuble sécurisé. J’avais pu lire dans certains commentaires que la salle de bain était jugée un peu petite. Pour ma part, je trouve qu’elle est largement suffisante et parfaitement fonctionnelle. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème à ce niveau-là. Après plusieurs voyages et de nombreux logements visités, je peux sincèrement dire que celui-ci fait partie des meilleurs dans lesquels j’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner. Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien et comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Madrid, et le logement est encore plus agréable que ce que les photos laissent imaginer. Nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation lors de notre prochaine visite à Madrid. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Location

1. The building is in bad shape, first bad impression, lobby is dirty and badly kept. The very list they should paint it and replace the ripped, dirty carpet. 2. The electronic entrance code system works, but not perfectly, you have to try several times and wait a bit before the doors open. 3. The safe deposit box listed as an amenity does not work, I was told key was lost and not replaced. 4. The mattress is in bad shape, it needs replacement, my wife and I have back pain. 5. The bathroom sink is so small that when you wash your teeth is almost impossible not to spit on the floor. Learn to wash your teeth while you take a shower. You can tell that this is someone’s rental business, which is ok with the goal of getting the most out of it. Still I feel that they should invest some money and try to keep it in good condition.
