Ocean View Vacay

The location is central in Rockaway Beach and right on the beach edge. The view is great from the room and the building residents were very quiet. The condo is well decorated and laid out efficiently.

The electric fireplace unit was not working. The two electric heating units have some fan noise. The heaters are the only things in the condo which appear not to have ever been updated. One is missing its thermostat knob. A trip to a hardware store could solve this, but a trip to the hall-closet for a screwdriver provided heat adjustments. Everything else is wonderful. The fireplace worked the last few times we were in the condo, but the heater noise is a continuing minor consideration. I wonder who reads these reviews, other than customers?

Great location! The condo was comfortable, cutely decorated, and very well stocked with kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. Furniture was comfortable. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great! Elevator and cart were very helpful for loading in and out. Parking was convenient and close to condo.

Beach access was sketchy…especially for older/disabled guests. Fireplace didn’t seem to work. Lots of drawers and cupboards but they were all full off excess bedding, linens, towels, etc. There was no space allocated for putting away clothes or food.

It’s a very good location. The furnishings and decor are inviting. It’s quiet and comfortable.

All of the electric heating unit fans make a rhythmic clicking noise.

En realidad no hubo nada que no me gustara todo estuvo muy bien para nuestro gusto 😊 mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia ahí 🥰
