CNE are a great company to rent from (family run business) that care about their Guests & the properties they manage & rent outNaples is a lovely place to stay safe friendly people great restaurants etcBriarwood is located just off I75 at junction 105 & is approx 10/15 mins drive from downtown Naples Good access to golf courses & everything else To sum up we have stayed in this house twice before + this year & we are booked again for 2025 through CNEThat says it allNicole & Kim thank you Please thank the owner for allowing us to enjoy there property

The house was very clean, in a great neighborhood and very livable with all the amenities and wonderful floor plan. Plenty of beach towels, dishes, silverware, towels and great coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender and iron. The only things we found we were lacking was serving dishes (casserole dishes, serving bowls etc.) and a couple more adult sized beach chairs. There were 3 adult sized available with three other smaller chairs that were more suited to a child and not very comfortable. Other than these extremely minor things, we give this rental 5 stars! We hope to be back!
