About this house rental
This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath private pool home has everything you could ask for in a vacation home and is well equipped for family travel. The very comfortable living room has sliding glass doors leading to the over-sized lanai and pool area overlooking one of the Briarwood lakes. The kitchen is open and spacious with lovely views out to the pool and lake. The home features a king size bed in the master suite and the second guest bedroom, making this home very accommodating to adult couples traveling together. Both adult rooms are light and bright and feature sliding glass doors to the pool. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, so you have the benefit of a full size bed with the added bonus of a twin bunk should you need the extra space for the kids.
This home has high speed internet, plus LCD TV's in every room, beautiful views of the lake and is located just a few miles to the famous shops on 5th Avenue and 3rd street South.

The home was absolutely beautiful and felt very comfortable and cozy for our family right from day 1. We had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to pool and beach supplies. The pool area and view of the lake was large and lovely.

The villa was absolutely fabulous couldn’t ask for anything better but when you’re paying 1500 a week I think it’s petty having to pay for the gas on the barbecue!!!! This may seem petty but think it should be included when you’re staying for 3weeks !!

Our third time staying at this property with family.The neighbourhood is very friendly and very convenient for shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach.The lanai was very spacious with a panoramic view of the lake. The rocking chairs were appreciated by our one year old grandson.The facilities in the villa cater for all occasions and the property owner has always been quick to respond to any requests.Already planning our next stay!

The house is clearly loved by the owners. They thought of every detail and the home finishings/decor were really lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and the home was exceptionally clean throughout. It didn’t matter that it hasn’t been ‘ultra-modernized’ with new tile, appliances etc... it has a warm Tommy Bahama feel and very comfortable. The lanai, outdoor seating and pool were also great, and the garage as well!The property management team was very responsive to our questions before a d during our stay. The
