We came in town for a golf tournament. The host was super friendly and easy to work with. The house was well-stocked with great coffee, spices, snacks & all that you will need. Peaceful setting in the mountains. Bonus room was huge and definitely an added bonus! Washer & dryer room was such a nice treat. There were a ton of towels, sheets and blankets. I would definitely stay here again!

Brought my dad (86y/o) to a wedding. Everything about this place was perfect. Very spacious yet cozy. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, including thoughtful snacks to meet anyone’s dietary needs. Lovely patio to sit out and enjoy sun or shade, whichever you desire. Location is a quiet community with easy access to all main roads. Grocery store nearby. Not far to travel to an array of hikes. Yes, at 86 he still hikes and we found perfect trails under 30 minutes. Even though we had no issues or need to contact her, the owner sent message to say hi, asked if we needed anything. The 2 bedrooms were on opposite ends which allowed for a little more quiet. The one bedroom had access to the bathroom from the bedroom which was great for my dad.

We could not have been anymore pleased with our stay. The property was the cleanest and most organized place we have ever stayed. There was everything one would need when being away from home. Wendy put such thought and care in her property and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She left lovely touches such as a treat bowl, k-cups and games for our little ones. We would recommend this property time after time!

Absolutely Perfect!!! Furnished beautifully! Both Queen beds were comfortable. The pullout couch had a memory foam mattress and was significantly more comfortable than the older pullout mattresses! The furniture is beautiful! The kitchen is beautiful with appliances, plates, utensils, glasses, pots& pans, coffee pot and Keurig individual options available. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The view of the mountains from the slider is stunning! Parking is excellent (right out front). Bathroom amenities are excellent! Washer and Dryer is in excellent condition. The owner is available and an excellent communicator! The drive to the slope is stunningly breathtaking! It is roomy and spacious! We loved the whole experience!!! It has a beautiful gas fireplace! It was so relaxing, peaceful, user friendly and immaculate! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home!

This property is exceptional, you will not regret booking here! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful backyard. It is a basement walkout, but you would not know that once you enter, the high ceilings draw you into a wonderfully decorated space. This home was absolutely perfect for our stay and what our family needed. Each room is well supplied with anything you may need for your stay. The beds were all very comfortable, we all slept fantastic, which says a lot since we have 3 young kids! Anything and everything you could possibly need for your time away, is supplied. Even on weather days indoors, our kids had plenty to do and lots of room to play. Perfect location in Gypsum for what all we were doing & with nearby walking paths to take our kids on. Wendy is by far the most hospitable host we have ever had & we hope for more stays with her, in the future!

We were very pleased with the two bedroom lower level guest suite. It was a pleasant space with new furnishings, bedding and appliances. The kitchen and bath spaces were stocked with many extras. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the view out the large windows. We would definately book this home again.

This property was amazing. They really make it feel like it is an extension to your own house. The kitchen had all you need to cook, condiments, storage bags even with small snacks. Provided towels. The furniture and decorations were top notch and very cozy. The check in and out process was very easy and has very clear instructions. Only thing, nothing to do with property but my phone provider had no service but they have free wifi. I would highly recommend this place as well as stay there again if possible.

Exceptionally clean and the kitchen was amazing…very organized and had everything you needed, including condiments and spices. Had a few glitches with the TV but never needed to contact Wendy about them. Wonderful property!

We stayed here for a wedding, and we were very impressed with how perfectly this met our needs. We had a space for our child to play and space to do the brides hair when while the boys ate lunch. It was very clean, well equiped and extremely comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stay here.

The property was very beautiful, easily step right out into the back yard. Wendy was very helpful and mindful, she even managed to get me more information about the areas around Gypsum and places our group could go. Everything inside is wonderful, very neat and organized, and directions for a mutually beneficial checkout were very easy to follow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return if we are ever near Gypsum again.

The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals. A wide variety of organic spices were provided as well as zip lock bags and tinfoil. Many other nice touches like a Brita water filter in the refrigerator. Living room had a gas fire and a nice 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and others.
