Good location.

Lack of light fittings. Dangerous having to walk across a large room in the dark to reach the light switch. Present lighting arrangement unsuitable for Reading.

Very comfortable and clean room. It's near the station Porta Nuova and there are lots of restaurants to enjoy the incredible Italian gastronomy. I loved the detail of having treats for the tea and coffee 😄

We really liked the location it’s very close to the train station and, of course, to the city center. The area can be a bit noisy, but it didn’t really bother us. The online check-in was super easy, and they provided all the information to access the property via WhatsApp, which was very helpful. The reception area was really nice, with great attention to detail, and we really appreciated its design. We stayed in room No. 1, which was very spacious for two people (it could probably fit four). The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were clean, and we also really liked the room’s design. The bathroom was a good size, and we appreciated the amenities provided: shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer.

We stayed only one night, so the following things didn’t cause us any real inconvenience, but I’m mentioning them as suggestions for future improvement: the bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, as there were some hairs stuck to the walls and the shower door was difficult to close. It would also be good to check for cobwebs, especially given the intricate design of the bed’s headboard. The tray with the coffee, tea, and biscuits was full of crumbs and sugar, probably left by previous guests. Lastly, we noticed that a few pieces of furniture in the room were not properly secured, such as the wardrobe door, the wooden panel covering the mini-fridge, and the door frame trim in the bathroom.
