Usually not available to rent, this is a rare opportunity that wont last. Watch the sunrise on the intercoastal water from your kitchen and master bedroom every morning and watch the sun set in the Gulf of Mexico from your living room and private balcony every evening. Restaurant, it is Island relaxing at its best. Jan, Feb and March rentals start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. Contactless entry. The view and location of this unit is wonderfully. Kitchen is out dated but functional. Best pool of all the rental properties we have been to over the last few years.

This condo has it all - overlooking the lovely pool and just steps to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware and nice pots and pans. Towels and beach chairs are provided along with anything you might need for a great day at the beach. The deck enjoys sun from sunrise to sunset - a perfect spot to read and watch all the activity at the pool and beach. We loved walking to town where there are excellent restaurants and some great shops. The owner, William, was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return.
