In the heart of Guérande's walled city (restaurants and shops on site) and 5 km from the beaches, in a 15th-century building, this charming and unique apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) has retained its original character (parquet floors, terracotta tiles, etc.) and offers a lovely unobstructed view of Guérande and the sea. A ramparts pass provides free parking within the city walls.
The apartment features a spacious living room (fireplace and sofa bed), a separate open-plan kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), a separate WC, and two open-plan sleeping areas on two levels with sloping ceilings, accessible by ladders (1: double bed 140x190cm, 2: two single beds 90x190cm).
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, international TV channels, radio/CD player, DVD player, fan, and complete baby equipment.
Included: concierge service (sheets, towels, and cleaning included), electric heating, electricity, and water. 10% discount for 3 weeks rental, and 15% for 4 weeks and more.

Perfect location within the town of Guerande, every amenity was well within walking distance. Apartment was very charming and quirky, the 61 steps leading up to it were a challenge but overall we had a wonderful time.
