This place had about 5 issues, the toilet wouldn’t flush when we arrived and they wanted us to troubleshoot! No one from Vacasa ever showed up , no dead bolt and dishwasher leaked , floor boards loose and no TV

The condo is in need of a lot of repairs and the kitchen was not adequately supplied with the basic needs of cooking meals. The supplies that were there were old and well-used. It would have been helpful to have had concise directions to the condo. The address of the complex was not enough information to find my way to the front door.

Location and scenery . Convenient to what our plans were. Quiet property.

No television or wifi.

Cute place with fun decoration. Not walkable into town, but very close drive to a relatively quiet spot. Loft is great for a couple, and tiny room downstairs would be great if you had a kid. More than that may be pretty cramped.

Temperature was 58 degrees when I arrived. Only heating is with portable electric radiators, and a gas fireplace. Fireplace has a thermostat, but pilot light was off and there were no instructions on how to turn it on (eventually figured it out...). No instructions on where to find anything washing related. Other potential concerns are: In no way handicap accessible- Have to go up 2 small flights of stairs. Building is mostly full time residents, and some have large dogs (like German Shepherd), if that is a concern for you.

We had to reach out to the staff essentially every day of the four days we were there to have an issue addressed. Their check in process was relatively smooth using a lock box. However, there was zero instructions on how to enter the club house to use pool/hot tub/table games so we had to reach out to vacasa for that. There were zero written instructions on how to find the laundry room and access the laundry room (required a 4 digit number code to access) so we had to reach out to vacasa for that. The ceiling fan wasn’t working and there was a shudder missing that divided the first floor bedroom so we had to reach out to vacasa for that. The condo didn’t have a TV in it despite a vacasa staff member, Vanessa, confirming via a written check list that she left for us saying that there was a working TV. This obviously was not the case to our disappointment. Overall it felt like we had to prompt Vacasa staff to do their jobs every step of the way while here we are simply trying to enjoy our vacation. Overall it was a horrendous and infuriating experience, when again, we paid the most per night for this condo compared to 3 other hotels in the area. Needless to say, we all will be avoiding vacasa properties like the plague in the future after this appalling experience.

Short drive to kings beach. Decor was nice.

The condo was dirty and very dusty. Stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping. Luckily we brought disinfectant wipes because the light switches and dining table were filthy. Tub was too dirty to use sadly. The living room fan light did not work leaving the place poorly lit, we are assuming it was disabled to stop the fan from coming on and spreading the dirt/dust around the place.

Location is super good! Close to Kings Beach City and resorts nearby!

There were some amenities in the property that was missing.
