What a gem for a quiet and quaint vacation. 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom cottage perched high on the Nubble Peninsula. This home offers a large wrap-around deck with ample room inside as well. Nicely decorated with light interior, all open concept living, dining room with fully stocked kitchen. Clean and vacation-like home with two parking spots right up front.

We had a very nice time at the house.
We biked everywhere from long sand to short sand, and to go in the village.
The walk to short sand is very nice also.
The kitchen is missing some piece of cookware, but we manage to cook anyways.
The porch is very nice and cosy.
We recommande for sure.

I’ve stayed here multiple times because it’sa perfect since for my family.
The beds are cozy and the set up and location are perfect. Close to both King and short sands, Nubble light house and great area for walking.
All the amenities are included and i look forward to coming back year after year!
