About this house rental
End unit condo with 3 bedrooms. Private deck overlooks lush landscaping. Fireplace, pool, games and puzzles. heating and air conditioning one year old. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances, air fryer oven, lots of pots, pans, and plates. Well maintained and cleaned well between each guest. One block from Airlie Gardens. 5 minute drive to wrightsville beach. Close to mayfaire and great shopping. Come and enjoy!

The location was great for us. We were close to Wrightsville Beach and the university. Debbie was very nice and so accommodating when our travel was delayed a day. We had our kids come stay a couple of nights and we loved being able to bbq on the back patio.

Home was very nice with plenty of amenities. The storage room door key was not hanging as described...we had to search a drawer full random keys to find it...but we did! Plenty of space for mom, dad, school aged child, aunt and grandmother. Great location, close to the beach. Too early in the season for the pool unfortunately!

The property was nice, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is not private, it’s for the neighborhood. Pretty small and crowded. TV and streaming services cut out regularly or didn’t play at all. There was only one bike and very small grill. Outdoor space not very useful.
