Lovely garden and rooms. Great location

Had a few issues with WiFi- but they tried to resolve them so they we’re on it

Perfect peaceful spot with a nice enclosed garden. Good location for travelling around.

WI-FI not great and a dishwasher would have been useful as it’s a family holiday?!

The calm of area. Great house, beds. definitely will be back there again and again

the smell of oil for oil burn boiler, but you can't have everything bang on?

Parking was on site, just about get two cars in, this parking space needs a major cut back of hedge bush and brambles, difficult getting in and out of cars with the overgrown hedges and bushes. We had a problem with the fridge, inside would not cool and sides were extremely hot. Phoned the management, could not get someone out to look at it until following morning. Eventually, overnight, it started to work again. Cupboards in kitchen had full de humidifier pots in them mouldy and smelt unpleasant, should have been cleaned out before we got there. Garden furniture was old and decrepid and one chair collapsed with a child's weight, luckily he didn't hurt himself. Boiler wasn't marked as being serviced this year, but we're assured it had been, floor in kitchen was not very clean, and a dirty fork and lid had been left lying between the fridge and kitchen cabinet. Very strong smell of fuel oil in downstairs cloakroom, window had to be left open at all times. Ironing board cover needs replacement, and iron sole plate needed to be scrubbed and scraped before using. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders in bedrooms, though this didn't bother me, it seems that the clean up between let's left a lot to be desired. We also could not access the property until nearly 4.30, as the cleaners were still on site. We informed the letting agency of our problems and so far, have been offered no recompense for our troubles. We also rescued the almost dead pelargonium on the gate post as it was in need of tlc. We noticed two small holes in the bath, and in the kitchen a corresponding piece of ceiling missing And a plastic tub, presumably to catch any escaping water.
