About this house rental
2 beautiful stone farmhouses with private pool in a hamlet on the top of a hill offering beautiful views of the surroundings. Each room is very spacious and offers a feeling of space with a reversible air conditioning. In the surroundings, the valleys remain most often green because they enjoy a temperate climate much less subject to the high temperatures of the littoral. This is a paradise for active people, nature lovers and white water sports. Hikers can satisfy their passion on the many marked trails and fishermen will find rivers particularly fish. It is also the territory of Hautes Corbières, and it is of course on these slopes covered with vine that the famous blanquette of Limoux is made.
The fans of cultural discoveries will be delighted by the visit of the city of Carcassonne (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the many Cathar castles around; from the site of Rennes-le-château where the mystery of the strange Abbé Saunière, made famous by the Da Vinci Code and medieval villages to visit, such as Mirepoix ...
The hamlet of some houses is located in a quiet environment at the end of a path. You have a very large private pool and an outdoor area beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. A private terrace of nearly 50 m²in each mansion, part of which is covered with canisses furnished with garden furniture, chairs and a barbecue. The large private swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and huts for the comfort of bathers. The pool of 8mx8m has a depth of 1.60m. Secured by a barrier, it is open from mid may to end of september.
The farmhouses of 250 m²each, are comfortably furnished for 16 people. There are decorated with noble materials such as stone, wood and furnished with quality furniture. This gives its an obvious charm. In addition, this neat decoration and embellished with modern equipment and comfort such as air conditioning in each room.
Description of mas 1. On the ground floor: large living room of nearly 100 m² with separate kitchen, dining room and lounge area. 1 independent toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with king size bedroom and private bathroom with bath, double sinks and toilet, 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds 1m x 2m and private bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and WC. On the 2nd floor, 1 king size bedroom and private bathroom with bath, large basin, 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds 1m x 2m and private bathroom with shower and double sinks, separate toilet and large terrace of 150 m² with garden lounge with beautiful views.

Nous étions un groupe de 14 retraités vététistes et avons passé un séjour magnifique. Les gîtes sont parfaits, excellents equipements, chambres immenses, literie parfaite, belle piscine et cadre splendide. La nature est magnifique dans l'Aude.
La propriétaire est adorable, très discrète mais toujours disponible.
Petit bémol peut-être, l'absence d'un grand congélateur.
Endroit à conseiller sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans les 2 gîtes pour 16 personnes.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et toutes avec climatisation.
La piscine est grande et sécurisée.
Terrasse spacieuse sur un des 2 mâts pour 16 personnes.
La vue sur les vignes et les Pyrénées est magnifique. Promenades très agréables.
L'amélioration possible pour ces 2 mats reste le manque de volume des réfrigérateurs et pas de congélateur, surtout que les gîtes sont à 8 km du centre commercial de Limoux.
