Location is super, the family room is perfect ,comfortable and clean , Alesia and Rosalina (the staff ) were very attentive and helpful ,Alesia explained about a lot of things restaurants ;etc
The elevator didn’t work at the first day but was fixed very quickly after a big effort of Alesia to resolve this problem

Staff were friendly, kind and very accommodating. The room was lovely and spacious. It was clean and in a great location
Although the rooms were sound proof, there’s singing at a restaurant close by that goes until late. So bring sleeping ear buds and it will be ok. The beds weren’t the most supportive, and only other feedback is the fragrance in the foyer/reception area is strong and overpowering- so we would turn off the aircon at night because the smell would come through the vents into our room. I would recommend something softer or more neutral - otherwise great stay!
