Location and reception staff
The hooks in the bathroom were too high for people of average height, no capsules for the coffee machine (but we did not ask about them), the ceiling lights were way too bright but it may be a personal preference, there was no choice of fruit at breakfast, only a few very small pieces of melon

We were on the 3rd floor and the balcony was a great size well worth paying extra
Beds were comfortable and slept really well
Literally on the square didn’t have to walk far regardless where we were going
The staff were friendly helpful and felt safe at this hotel
Everywhere in the hotel was very clean and the cleaners did a great job
The street outside the hotel was very busy with no pavement on the hotel side so needed be careful when walking on this street
Bathroom was quite small

Excellent hotel with breakfast. Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Would go again to stay and recommend to everyone. Location is excellent too for day trips which my wife and I avail of daily during our short but packed trip
