The spade and amenities in the bed pod. And storage, no need for a padlock, it was a great plus. Great space to eat and chill out on the main floor.

Everything!! - clean - comfy - friendly - easy to access - private spaces I messaged in advance as my flight wouldn't arrive until around midnight which was then delayed. I arrived around 2:30am and was warmly greeted by two men working the hostel, I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it was a check in machine only. They were so so friendly and really helpful even with my lack of french skills and my lack of sleep. I left really early and the same two staff waved me off. They really just helped me settle in, and the room was clean, comfy and perfect for crashing for a night!

Property has poor ventilation 8 beds stuffed into a super small area with no room for movement plugs were not working could not charge my laptop bathroom leaks and our room was wet all over every time some body had a shower - will appreciate a refund

Bad service, bad attitude of the staff, absolutely no guidance of the rules of this place,charged €5 for keeping my luggage in the locker between 11am and 4 pm even though I had reservation for 2 consecutive nights. Lack of communication from hotel, absolutely no willingness to take responsibility and admit that they screwed up. No kitchen, no sink to wash hands, no utensils or even garbage bin in common area. Locker after check out for a fee €3 for 4 hours then €1 for each extra hour.Self check in via machine. Locker wasn't opening with a card later, needed to look for a staff to open it for me. Poor neighborhood, walking 12 min till the closest metro station. Grocery store was far, no fridge to keep your food, no utensils or paper towels to clean a table after yourself, garbage bin on the other side of the common area. Window was always open probably since AC wasn't working well.No possibility to book 2 night in a row on their site,this is how they make money by forcing you to check out every day at 11, put your luggage in the locker for €5 until you check in again at 4 pm and then the same every day. No hand soap or towels provided in the room. Locker is narrow but deep, probably won't fit a big backpack. Luckily I had s standard size carry on suitcase so it fit.It was hot to sleep, second night a guy left the window open for the night,which was better since it was less hot outside then the previous night. I have made a request to be reimbursed for the €5 ,heard just blame in my address. If I knew that this is how it works, I would have stayed in my previous hotel The People Bercy Paris which was excellent.

Rude staff, gave me attitude, didn't explain rules of every single day check out issue, the girl was annoyed by me coming down and asking to unlock the locker which wasn't working with the room card.The guy refused to explain why my luggage was locked and I need to pay €5 fee for hell knows why, I says that I will calm the police,vit didn't scary him. I says that I will leave a bad review, he just didn't care.I asked to speak with the owner, he said that only tomorrow morning someone will be available. The next morning was just another clerk. Now I will know where NOT to stay in Paris next time and if they have another hostels somewhere else in Europe or elsewhere, I will avoid having to deal with such a awful service.

every thing clean, polite and nice people location is great , near and safe decor is aesome

i dont remember may be just missing water in the toilet , because an muslim we use water and dont prefer toilet paper but i think is an option so is a POV

Not very clean, bunk bed’s electrical system wasn’t working, not a single towel was offered they are supposed to be rent.

Comfortable bed. Not a very social hostel. Lockers are spacious and locks with your room card. Room had two showers and two toilets which were very clean.

Location was a bit dodgy

The only negative for me is the location - Kremlin Bicêtre. It's a couple of stops outside of Paris via the metro which is good that it is a metro stop!

The location - Kremlin Bicêtre ; though, I was well aware of the location as I booked the hotel. It only became a bother as I had to make my daily travels.
