Not a room to spend time in, but if you have relatives staying in the hospital it's an excellent choice.

Pantastic place to spend some days relaxed in Athens

Cleanliness: Everything spotless. Mattress Comfort: Not bat for 1,90cm people like me. That's already a lot. Room size: Good size to stay few days. Location: 10 min walking from the metro station. 3 metro stops to Monastiraki. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Noise: There is a bar below, but the insulation and the orientation is good enough to don't hear it. Utils: The small apartment has everything and more that you will need in your days. TV, AC, Washing Machine, Oven, Cooking staff, etc.

Noise: even the insulation is good, depending on how sensible you are, maybe you will sleep better with earplugs. Our flat was in the 4th floor, but I don't know how good will be in the 1st.

Excellent appartement with all necessary equipments for a vacation stay! Perfectly cleaned. Location very practical, close to the city center reachable by metro with a station nearby 8 min on foot. Very safe neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

We got an appartement on the ground floor. We would have rather preferred to have an appartement with a balcony. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A nice stay

The location is excellent - a very safe area, there were a metro station and many cafes nearby, and 24h grocery store. There was no communication with the host, I received very detailed instruction how to come in, there were no problems. The apartment was clean, had everything you need, but nothing more (it's a plus). Stuff and furniture are new, there were tea, coffee, and a very nice balcony!

Lovely and ideal place to live, even for longer stays.

Good location, very close to metro / bus stations. Had almost everything you need even for a long stay as mine (10 days). Near cafe / bars, grocery, pharmacy, hospital. Neighbors were super chill. Always warm water, Wi-Fi was good enough for me to be able to work remotely. Washer machine was working well. Also very friendly hosts.

Everything was excellent, besides the cleanliness of the kitchenware (saucepans, cutlery). I had to clean them 2-3 times in order to be good enough to use them. The TV had network problems for a couple of hours, but it fixed itself.

Examination trip

The house and the shower was clean, kitchen electronics were working properly, had a good mountain view from the balcony and most importantly it was very close to the place I came for (Pearson VUE in Athens Tower)

Sofa was alright when used as it is but when wanted to turn it into a bed, it was falling down due to a broken part

Great location as it is next to a cafe and a bakery that stay open late, so there are no dark corners.

I didn’t mind but I think that the noise from the neighboring cafe bars could annoy someone .

Excssive street noise even with windows closed, dirty sheets, smelled like smoke, overpriced for what it is.

Lots of hot water and high pressure shower

Right above and next door to a popular bar that’s open until 1am - extremely noisy! Smelled like smoke the whole time, especially when the bathroom fan was on. Dirty sheets with hairs all over them - gross. Tiny bathroom and sink, water goes everywhere. Shower unit is installed crooked so it sprays sideways outside the shower, which is also tiny. No curtains, just an external shutter that doesn’t bock much light.

A very good studio apartment

Very comfortable and modern studio apartment (we stayed in the one-bedroom one). Overall our stay was very pleasant and the space was managed very cleverly. Facilities such as a the air-conditioning and the shower were wonderful; the air conditioning was whisper-quiet at the lowest fan scale and it warmed up the place very quickly, and the shower and all the taps had warm water. The shower settings were also very nice. Another plus is that the building is very modern and has a lot of natural lighting. Finally, the owner was very helpful and answered us on a timely manner.

Cooking something simple in the kitchen (such as a simple breakfast or warming up food) was not possible. There was no oil, nor salt, pepper or tin foil/non stick paper.

I could live there

Location near an hospital it was really peaceful zone, no junkies as in some other parts of Athens. There were some bars on the corner street with nice mood. There was a bakery 24h at 5m distance just outside the metro. The appartment was prestine and clean, very secure with a reinforced strong door, windows with double glass, the AC worked wonderfully. I am very sensitive with noise and I found this appartment really quite. I would definitly book it again if I come to Athens.

Well there is always space for improvement: There was a bit o tobaco smell on arrival (other than this the appartment was really well clean). The bed and coach could be more confortable

The apartment was very clean in a new building with terrace air conditioning, hot and cold water, to summarize fully equipped. Just a few steps to Pearson Vue testing center. I met the owner, Andreas and he was so nice making sure I was comfortable.
