While the description of the actual apartment was accurate, the description of the neighborhood was lacking. It is across the street from a fire station. It is also located in a fairly unsavory part of the plaza district. There was a very loud fight in the next yard late the first night. The railing for the stairs leading up to the upstairs apartment is in need of repair and unsafe for anyone needing a hand rail. When it states clean linens and towels will be provided upon arrival, we were not expecting 1 towel per adult for 3 nights. There were 4 adults and we had 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 4 wash clothes for 3 nights. So if you don’t mind spending your vacation doing laundry this might be the place for you. There were no extra blankets. The internet went out on day 2 and management did nothing to fix the situation. So the one TV in the apartment would not work. When we asked about the internet, we were blamed for noises made to disturb the downstairs guests. The only problem is, we weren’t at the apartment when the noises were reported to be happening. The road construction right outside the door was noisy but not our fault. Overall the interior of the apartment was comfortable but not comfortable enough make up for the inconveniences.
