Great property, has everything you need. We didn't use cooker, microwave so can't comment as we eat out every day. It's a fabulous place with stunning views of the sea at the front of the property, sitting out in the garden each morning was lovely. The back garden was also a good size with views of the hills at the back, we saw the wild goats and had plenty of Jackdaws and Rooks visiting each day. You can walk up the steep hill at the back via a public walkway between the houses and enjoy even more stunning views. Ventor was a great little place, you need to visit the Spyglass Inn, great food and views. Shanklin was a 10min drive away, beautiful gift shops, always great food at The Crab Inn and the Christmas Shop also has a cafe at the back, they do lovely cream teas. Bus stops just outside the property if you want to leave the car, and they run regularly and on time, as do the trains. The team were very good at answering any questions and quick to respond. Will definitely book again the next time we visit the Isle of Wight.

While the bedding was clean it was clearly old and could do with new sheets and pillow cases, as well as new firmer pillows. The curtains in the downstairs double bedroom do not block out any light so it was basically light all night during these summer months. Also the towels had been washed using so much softener that they were basically waterproof! It was like trying to dry yourself with a plastic bag, we did wash them again to try and make them better, they probably need a few washes without the softener to be more useful. The gardens were well kept, but there was a tall dead spiky plant across the pathway to the door, it was still well rooted so couldn't be moved.

It was clean and comfortable in a great location for us, the views were amazing out to sea and the countryside, everything we could need was provided.

The bedding could have been better as there was no mattress or pillows protector on the upstairs bed needs some new bedding and pillows underneath that that everything was ok kitchen well aquiped

Location and view were beautiful. Outside seating area good. Well equipped.

House cluttered and these surfaces could have been clearer and cleaned before arrival. Did express that duvets/pillows non feathered and told so but cushions on couch and some pillows contained feathers. Pets must also have been in house as our daughter developed her allergy whilst on holiday and needed her medication so pets must have been in the house recently. The house is listed as NO PETS and we did enquire as to whether feathers were present and were told NO.
