Great walkout basement studio apartment! Check yourself in with keypad lock. Modern, stylish design with a solid wood butcher block counter top. A kitchenette is included with a kitchen sink, coffee pot, and microwave. Lots of restaurants close. Great views of Pikes Peak from the neighborhood and is a 25 minute drive or less to all the best Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor, Downtown Colorado Springs, hiking trails, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Olympic Center, and more!

We (my wife and I) live upstairs. We are very respectful, quiet, and easy going. Loud talking /noises might be heard in other parts of the house so please keep noise down after 9 pm. We will do the same!
You can come and go as you please through your own private entrance. The keypad is located outside so no key needed.

Our home is nestled in a beautiful upscale neighborhood with stunning views of Pikes Peak, especially at sunset!! A beautiful park with walking trails is located in the neighborhood, only a 2 minute walk from the house. Less than 2 miles from several shopping centers and restaurants. This home is in a perfect location for relaxing and enjoying mountain views out of your window or for exploring the Springs. Just a short drive to downtown, Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor, and great hikes! Decorated for you to enjoy your time indoors as well the great outdoors!

The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street.
I would recommend this place.

The rental was perfect for two adults. Other than then the renters at the wrong unit at midnight and trying to unlock our door our stay was seamless. I do recommend improving the path to the unit with more lighting and possibly steps.

Our stay in this charming little studio met our basic needs perfectly—we simply required a cozy spot to rest our heads. Conveniently situated, it was easy to locate and close to all the places we needed to go to. The apartment itself was very clean and adorned with tasteful decor. Its compact kitchenette suited us perfectly. The few drawbacks: the steep, shale-covered slope leading to the entrance was very slick and made maneuvering luggage a challenge, especially without adequate lighting for our late night arrival. Furthermore, we encountered difficulty locking up when leaving, as there were no instructions provided to lock the keypad. We attempting to contact the owner via the app message portal and also telephone to no avail, so we eventually resorted to online research to solve the issue. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was positive, and we would happily return now that we're more familiar with the setup. Thank you so much!

Was okay for what we needed...a place to sleep and shower. However, furniture was very low to the floor...hard for people to get up out of. We did not use any dishes, but it didn't look the cleanest. Only 1/2 roll of toilet sper and ran out of hand soap. People living upstairs decided to take a bath or shower at about midnight or so one night and it was over our sleeping area so that woke us.
