The property was super cute inside! It was cozy and the location was excellent as it was not too far from routes 24 and 25 which you take to get to all the tourist places in the Springs. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! Felt safe and communication with the property landlords was seamless!
There is no A/C which is displayed on the website and we knew before booking. We slept with the fans on and windows open although it was still a bit warm at night in late September. Not a big deal for us at all but if you need it really cool to be able to sleep at night, this probably isn’t the place for you during the summer months in Colorado.
