The location is excellent. Marvellously peaceful and beautiful gardens. The view is very soothing and pleasant for those visiting under stressful circumstances, as was the case for me on this occasion.
Good to provide two ways of cooking.
Very pleasant shower.
The provision of heating in the bathroom helps ensure towels are dried each day. Personally, I switched it off overnight and at times when it wasn't needed. Could save power to advise on selective use rather than 24 hour use.
Parking facilities very good indeed.

Not so much something I disliked; it's something that caused worry on this occasion. Whilst the last time I stayed here I scrambled the code following access to the property, I realized later in my visit that I had forgotten to do so on arrival. Needless to say I didn't forget on the last day. Nonetheless there could be a security risk for which I do apologize. I did notice that the code was identical to that of my last visit nearly two years ago. Perhaps it could be an idea to change it at least every year because it could be something that slips the mind of people attending ill relatives or if attending a funeral (as was the case here). Another way to protect guests and proprietors could be for cleaning staff to check routinely that the codes have been scrambled.
It could be made explicit that you do not provide cutlery. I came prepared so it wasn't a problem for me; nonetheless it could be for some. I think there was some cutlery at my last visit.
The ice box should be defrosted frequently. It saves a lot of electricity if you do so every week. Also refrigerator noise is very much reduced if the covering of ice is very thin.
I prefer the time of departure to be up to midday (12 noon); I think a preference that seems justified given entry to the property is not permitted until after 4pm on the first day.

nice area. lots of facilities
i went in to check in and room was absolutely filthy, I’ve attached pictures below, room seemed as if someone just checked out.
Turns out was a error and cleaning staff didn’t clean the property before my arrival. very disappointed.
