Three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms with soaking tubs and a spa shower, a pool table, foosball table, and two full driveways. Dog-friendly. This is the East Nashville escape.
The home sleeps 8 across three queen bedrooms — a clean, comfortable sleeping arrangement that works for three couples, a family, or a friend group that wants everyone in their own room without bunk beds or pull-outs. We were in Nashville for my daughter to record 3 more songs. After a few exhausting days, it was nice to return to this home that is in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown to relax. Home was clean and had everything we needed.

Property was just as it is, "Used for Income". It is very well maintained, however the exterior doors are very dated. The kitchen is well supplied with all that you may need to prepare a meal yet it also is dated. The exterior yard does not offer much in terms of grass areas due to all the weeds which have taken place of the grass. The neighborhood is quite nice and tucked away with a park near. It's also just 3 miles from downtown and the interstate.
