About this chalet rental
Ideal for families: A recently built (July 2020) modern-style villa measuring 200 m² on an 860 m² plot, with a huge 46 m² saltwater pool with a jet and spa waterfall, located in a very quiet residential area, 600 m from the flat beach and 200 m from the Mercadona supermarket.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 located upstairs and 1 downstairs, and 3 full bathrooms; a 40 m² living-dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large 70 m² porch-dining area. The garden has 8 sun loungers and a trampoline measuring almost 4 m in diameter.
The space
The master bedroom has a full private bathroom with a double king-size bathtub, a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a 30 m² terrace.
The other two bedrooms upstairs have two 90cm beds and built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom upstairs is very spacious.
Downstairs, there is a 150x190cm double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, in addition to air conditioning throughout the chalet.
The chalet also has a huge private pool, jets, and a spa waterfall (operational when there's no drought), with the option of fencing it for children's safety (an extra cost of 60 euros).
There are two parking spaces inside the property (sometimes only one space is available because we leave our car); a play area in the large garden, and a professional netball court at the front of the chalet.

Wir haben mit 6 Frauen (Mitte 30) 5 Nächte in dem Haus von Pablo verbracht. Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Pablo hat uns bereits im Vorfeld kontaktiert und viele Informationen über das Haus, den Ort und die Umgebung weitergeleitet. Die Kommunikation verlief super.
In dem Haus gibt es zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett (ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad) und zwei Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, unter welchem sich ein weiteres Einzelbett zum Ausziehen befindet. Insgesamt gibt es drei schöne Bäder, davon eins mit Dusche und zwei mit Badewanne. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr großzügig und gemütlich gestaltet. Es gibt eine große Küche mit allen Dingen die man benötigt, einen großen Esstisch und eine große Couch.
Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt. Draußen gibt es viel Platz für ein großes Auto. Der Garten ist riesig. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter und haben viel Zeit im Garten und am Abend auf der Terrasse verbracht.
Auf Grund des Sahara Sandsturm lag noch viel Sand im gesamten Ort und auch am Haus und im Pool. Pablo war sehr bemüht, dass der Sand beseitigt wird, so dass wir schließlich auch noch den Pool nutzen konnten.
Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt, auch dank Pablos Gastfreundschaft. Er war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell geholfen.
