The fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living-dining area are ideal for large groups, featuring a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, complete cookware, TV, several sofas, and a bar counter.
All rooms have air conditioning with heating and ceiling fans. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace (large monitor, keyboard, ergonomic chair, and adjustable desk). Baby amenities such as a high chair, crib, and utensils are available. The property is step-free and furnished with modern decor.
Outdoors, you’ll enjoy a private garden with lawn, a terrace with covered and open areas, and two furnished balconies perfect for sunsets.
