Good Location, a walk to the pub, small cafe and shop.

After paying the non refundable fee when booking and soon after that getting a 7 page conditions contract thats required signing and also includes a $500 deposit taken instantly on return of signed contract from your credit card( but returned within 7 days if you put the bins out) photos of driver’s license and credit card also required to be included.
Parking on the street. Narrow driveway with a post in the middle at the start of the building and clothes lines at the end.
Hedge blocking any view from lounge.
Old photos, some not of this unit. Only view of the bay is from the bedroom widow .
Small hot water service, dishes and one short shower capacity only.
Camper style grill /cooktop and cutlery.
