The property was very dirty .

Great location, close walk to everything.
Wasn't cleaned on our arrival.
Bunch of dirty towels in bath, something had exploded in microwave (sticky smelly mess!), floors had sand/dirt and obviously not mopped/vacuumed between tenants.
Stove top dirty, etc, etc.
Hopefully it was just an oversight and the between stays clean had been missed(?), but we spent quite some time cleaning on arrival 😑
It was certainly cleaner when we left than when we arrived.😏

One if the blinds were broken and it could of caused injury to someone .. there was also what looked to be poop on one of the toilet walls.

House felt like it needed a freshen up prior to us going in carpet in rooms needed vacuuming (cobwebs and dusty).
Umbrella out the back was broken so unable to use. BBQ seemed dirty.
