Tidy at first glance - disgustingly dirty under it.

The localisation is ok.

We completely changed our mind after trying to do a washing - the washing machine was terribly covered in mold, as the owner said later, probably nobody used it for several months, so I think he didn't even bother to keep this clean. We instantly checked the bed and surroundings. The outlets were covered in dust and everything looked very used. The owner is extremely arrogant and oppressive, knows the booking rules so completely doesn't care. He said we used that room (kettle for tea and bed check). Told us to find another room and leave this, then wanted us to delete our reservation right after leaving, so he can offer it instantly to other visitors. We left this all to a booking.com decision, but money we spent probably are lost. PS. The room is on the last floor on its site of the staircase, no lift in the building.

Patogi lokacija, netoli perkėla, centras. Parduotuvė ir kavinė, susisiekimo stotelė šalia. Nuo buto kelios stotelės iki Melnragės. Vidutiniškai per 15 min. pėsčiomis galima pasiekti ir autobusų stotį. Nėra triukšmo. Patogi lova, kokybiška patalynė, erdvus butas, yra balkonas, galima gerti kavą grynam ore. Dėkojame.

Gera studijos lokacija - netoli gyvenamosios vietos yra maisto prekių parduotuvė, kavinė „Kurėnas“, lengvas susisiekimas su miesto centru. Butas tvarkingas, šeimininkas paslaugus. Patiko, kad studijoje buvo lygintuvas su lyginimo lenta. Taip pat labai didelis privalumas, kad šeimininkas sutvarkė parkavimo leidimą viešnagės metu.

Lova labai nepatogi, žema. Buvo planuota pasilikti 3 naktim, bet likom tik vienai. Netvarkinga. Sofa išsėdėta, pagalvėlės suplyšusios. Voratinkliai virš virtuvės spintelių. Vonioje kranai ir veidrodis nevalyti. Ventiliatorius visas aplipęs dulkėmis. Spintelėje, matyt buvusių gyventojų, nešvarios kojinės. TV vos laikosi ant varžtų. Pultelio baterijos vos gyvos, matosi, kad spaustos dėl veikimo ne kartą ar du. Mikrobangų krosnelė irgi nešvari.
