4 star holiday home in Fjerritslev

Generally we have to separate between the house and the service which was provided by Dancenter. The house was a little bit old and needs some repair but we were very happy there.

The service which was provided by Dancenter was extremely bad.  Here are only some of our complaints: 1. We ordered and payed over 200€ for the final cleaning of the house. When we arrived we realized that the complete house was contaminated with dog hairs. Therefore we needed at first to clean the complete house ourselves, because otherwise our babies were not able to crawl 😢.  2. We ordered and payed for 2 baby beds.  They were  standing in the house but delivered without mattresses. Therefore the baby beds were useless and the babies slept in our beds. 3. The Dancenter service team which we called was located in India and they were not speaking German. They were not problem solving minded. After a few hours they called back they called back and pointed to the contract. 4. Around the house and between the stairs were a lot of stringing nettle, so that we were also not able to use the outside environment with the babies. Based on this compliance we got the answer from Dancenter: Anhand der von Ihnen übermittelten Fotos konnten wir keine gravierenden Mängel feststellen. Daher können wir Ihnen leider keine nachträgliche finanzielle Entschädigung anbieten. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.
