地點非常好，浪速區役所旁，沿路會有浪速區役所的路標可以跟著走。住宿是一整層平面樓，房間不用爬樓梯，對老年人友善. 客廳有個廚房中島,大家一起吃飯聊天方便溫馨。有提供兩個移動WIFI機可以帶出門。附近有超市，採買方便。
住宿要先填好所有住客的名字生日等，需要花點時間出發前在住宿方提供的網頁寫好。退租需要另外付款住宿稅金（每人每天200日幣日幣）。

出入口設計略嫌不良，推行李進出人一多只能分批。

We liked the space.

Keys were in the mailbox and was straight forward. Location was great and walking distances to places we wanted to go
Thoguh staying with another family it was every inconvient to only having 1 key It was defintitely not the cleanest place we stayed as we found a toenail in the 2 double bed room for kids No dryer available and towels felt musky. Not one that need to stay in 5 stay resorts and the aircon air had a funky smell.
