About this house rental
This remodeled Post Office Cottage is just 1 block up the street from beautiful Higgins Lake. Located in the sought after Sam-O-Set area, with its own small public beach/playground and neighborhood boat launch just a short walk away. GoodTimes party store is just around the corner and the Landmark restaurant is a quick walk as well. Reach both the North & South Higgins Lake State Parks, ice cream shops & wonderful playgrounds in a quick trip.
This extra clean and charming 3 bedroom cottage consists of 2 king bedrooms and a large bunk room with 2 sets of full-over-full bunks and a 2nd Roku TV! A fun fact is that our bunk room was the original Post Office for Higgins Lake. There is also a large 3 season room with a comfortable sitting area, a table and lots of games & puzzles. It’s also great for a work/study space. The living room has 2 couches and 2 reclining chairs as well as a Roku TV. The kitchen is large and open to the dining area making it great for family gatherings. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a large fenced in backyard, gas grill, outdoor dining, fire pit with chairs and a new gazebo w/corn hole and darts.
Pets are welcome with approval & fee.
Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.

Great location as easy access to two boat launches and beautiful Higgins Lake! Party store one street over, which is perfect for last minute needed items. Property was extremely clean and completely remodeled. The teens loved the “bunk room” as each bunk is a double. Would definitely stay again.
