Our vacation home is located on the southeast side of Higgins Lake.

Ten minutes from Roscommon, Thirty minutes from Houghton Lake, West Branch or Grayling. Five minutes from cross country ski trails (by car) and ice fishing (on foot). Snowmobile trails near by.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is so comfortable with lots of space and the view is amazing. Joan was easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Also North Winds Pizza right up the road is amazing. We will be back!

Beautiful home with Great Lake view and access we are an older couple and there are a lot of stairs in the house something to consider if you’re interested
