La Mansarda di Sabina.

Appartamento praticamente attaccato al centro di Fiera. Tutto nuovo con tutti i comfort possibili. Pulito e silenzioso. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal centro di Fiera di primiero, riservato, molto pulito, due camere da letto con in 1 letto matrimoniale e nell'altra 2 letti singoli. Anche le scale che portano all'appartamento sono molto curate.

L'appartamento non dispone di aria condizionata

As a tall person, I was a little worried about the ceiling height, but in fact I had no problem whatsoever: the loft is spacious and the ceiling becomes low only in a small area. Good equipment, balcony, slot in an underground garage if needed (expect quite tight manouvering if full!), Excellent location, just a short walk away from the centre of Fiera. The owner wasn't there but he was very approachable, easy to communicate with through whatsapp, and eager to solve any problem and guarantee you a comfortable stay.

The boiler was adequate for us two, but I believe it may be a little small for more people. Just a suggestion: it would be nice if some details in the description on booking were more accurate. I would make it more prominent that bed-sheets are not included in the price, and state the correct extra price (at the time we went, it said 10 euro per person but we are asked 15). Also, some listed equipment is not there. These are minor things in the grand scheme of things, however, which did not detract from a nice stay. Almost full marks :-)

A very nice loft apartment close to the Center of Fiera. We enjoyed the view and had everything we needed in the apartment. the hosts were very welcoming!
