Perfect Experience

One of the most beautiful places we've been to in Italy. Perfect for a quiet and pictorial vacation in Nature. Stepping out of the hotel and a heaven of trails awaits you. The hotel is cozy, super clean and has a really good restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpful. We definitely be back if in this region again.

Una coccola in mezzo alla montagna

Bellisi location, molto ben rinnovata, in un ottima posizione fuori dal paese, non comodissima da raggiungere ma molto bella per contesto, panorama e tranquillità. Ottima la pulizia ed il calore delle stanze, in perfetto stile montano, profumate di legno che avvolge calorosamente l'ambiente. Molto buona la cucina, piatti tradizionali ma preparati accuratamente e di ottima qualità. Nota particolare alla colazione: semplicemente FANTASTICA!!! Vastissima scelta di dolce e salato, tutti prodotti fatti in casa o tipici locali, lista da cui scegliere pietanze particolare e preparate al momento, oltre al buffet con dolci, yogurt, miele direttamente dall'aria, frutta, succhi di frutta, ecc... Personale gentilissimo e disponibile alle varie richieste o informazioni.

Nessun aspetto in particolare può essere giudicato negativo. Forse, visto il periodo del soggiorno, ossia fuori stagione e con quasi tutte le altre attività ricettive chiuse, il prezzo del pernottamento e colazione risulta un po' sopra la media.

Posizione ottima, la suite ampia, la sauna interna alla camera ottima.

Per chi cerca pace e tranquillità ottimo, posizione ottima, in mezzo a prati e boschi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite quindi mi aspettavo spazi ampi e così è stato. Arredo nuovo e moderno in stile montano. Sala ristorante/colazione arredata con gusto, molto accogliente.

In una location che nel nome ha Baita mi aspettavo il pavimento della suite in legno anziché in fredde piastrelle anche se in finto legno (per dare soddisfazione agli occhi). Nel bagno poca luce (specie se ci si deve fare la barba) e mancavano appendini per teli bagno o accappatoi sia al di fuori della sauna (che era una suite) che in bagno. Sfumature che però danno l'idea dell'attenzione agli ospiti. Il menù della cena ottimo, ricercato. Peccato che le costine di agnello scottadito (materia prima ottima) fossero bruciacchiate e quando ho fatto presente la cosa nel momento di pagare il conto mi aspettavo (oltre al "mi dispiace") qualcosa in più. La colazione con buffet minimalista anche se, lodevole, un menù per la cucina ricco. Metodologia apprezzabile se non fosse che: non ci hanno chiesto se volevamo prima il salato e poi il dolce così ci hanno portato tutto assieme e metà di quanto portato ovviamente si è raffreddato; l'uovo alla coque che doveva avere cottura 4 minuti ci è arrivato sodo, la crepe alla nutella in realtà era una omelette arrotolata con un po' di nutella sopra, più volte sono passate la cameriere senza che si preoccupassero di portare via i piatti e liberare il tavolo. Insomma... intenzioni ottime ma la realtà un po' distante.

Wie hatten durch nachfragen ein Zimmer mit Bergausblick bekommen. Schöner Balkon und sehr leckeres Essen. Einrichtung hatte was modernes mit ein wenig "altmodischen" (was nicht schlecht bedeutet). Schöner einfacher Wanderweg.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Begriff "Rifugio" täuscht ein wenig, da es sich vom Standard her eher um ein sehr komfortables Hotel handelt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in der Natur, daher nur auf schmalen Wegen zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll, Abendessen und Frühstück sind vorzüglich. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Buchung und Abrechnung unkompliziert, die Preise äusserst fair.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist auf den letzten Kilometern etwas steil und schmal. Das war für uns allerdings kein Problem.

Bellissima settimana al Caltena con pranzi e cene gourmet.....

Siamo tornati dopo 18 anni al Caltena, abbiamo ritrovato lo stesso splendido posto di anni fa, il paesaggio è davvero bellissimo il rifugio è incastonato tra montagne e prati verdissima,ottima cucina ,ottime colazioni, personale giovane molto professionale supervisionato dai proprietari.

Niente da migliorare, mi sento solo di consigliare il Caltena (per via della posizione un pochino appartata )a chi desidera fare una vacanza in relax magari con la famiglia un pochino scomodo per il puro escursionista che macina km e cambia metà giornalmente

De ligging is fantastisch, extreem mooie locatie. Alles netjes verzorgd, prima ontbijt, heerlijk diner. Als je de ultieme rust zoekt is dit de plek. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug en dan voor langere tijd. Geen telefoonbereik maar prima wifi verbinding.

Relax lontano dalla confusione

Direi tutto ottimo, la posizione è abbastanza fuori dal centro ma le strade per raggiungere il posto, nonostante la stagione erano molto pulite (neve rimossa) e anche l'ultimo tratto di sterrato è facilmente affrontabile con qualsiasi auto. La colazione mi è piaciuta molto, oltre al classico buffet c'è la possibilità di ordinare dei piatti fatti al momento inclusi nel prezzo (pancake, waffle, avocado toast ed altri): veramente ottimi. Il bagno della camera incredibile: box doccia con sauna/bagno turco, acqua calda, super moderno, super pulito. Camera enorme, comoda e molto accogliente.

Sarebbe stato comodo aver avuto delle istruzioni per tutte le funzionalità del box doccia.
