Studio 87

Everything! This place is simply perfect, and it comes with the best host you could imagine. Michael helped us from the very beginning to the very end. We arrived early, and he kindly allowed us to leave our bags while the place was being prepared. Later, when he found out that the guests checking in after us would be arriving very late at night, he let us stay as long as we needed before heading to the airport. Honestly, this kind of hospitality is rare! Michael will help you with anything he possibly can and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Spotlessly clean, great location, just a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. About 15/20 minutes walk to old town, very pleasant walk. Great view from the balcony. Micheal the host, extremely helpful.

Not really any negatives

First and foremost, the view. The property has a big balcony with the most spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea, where you can watch boats go past and witness the sunset over the hill with a quaint little church on it. The apartment was very clean, and spacious. The living room area is comfortable with Netflix available to watch, there’s an entrance room with plenty cupboard space for luggage, and the bedroom area has a comfy bed, more cupboards and its own selection of charging cables. The bathroom is quite large and very clean and comes with a hairdryer and plenty towels. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a coffee maker and toaster, a fridge, freezer, and hob. The host is very friendly and easily contactable. He provided lots of helpful information about the nearby amenities, restaurants, shops, bus stops and ways to get up the mountain. The location of Studio 87 is good. It’s about a 5 minute drive or a 20/25 minute walk to both the old town and to the Lapad promenade. It’s about a half our journey by car to/from the airport.

The garden path area is very dark at night which can make it a bit difficult to see where you’re going. The hot water boiler is very small - fine for one shower but if two people are having showers then one is going to be a bit cold.

Very nice neighborhood, clean large studio apt. Excellent views. Though you have to climb two stairs to get to apt. Nearest bus stop and shops are a 12 minute walk (no stairs) - I used Bus # 6 to go to Old City.
