Camera grande e spaziosa, e balconcino utile per passare la serata al fresco.
È una casa eccessivamente calda, per fortuna in camera c'è il condizionatore, ma con le temperature estive la sala della colazione era troppo calda. Nella sala era presente un condizionatore, consiglio di tenerlo acceso o di fare colazione in camera.

la posizione della struttura era spettacolare: a due passi dal centro di Caserta, ma in una zona tranquilla. Il proprietario era gentilissimo e assolutamente a nostra disposizione.
La struttura ha grandi potenzialità, basterebbe fare ogni tanto delle pulizie più approfondite (sotto il letto e sotto l'armadio c'era tantissima polvere!); ammodernare un pochino gli arredi. Il nostro copriletto era tutto macchiato, sicuramente era stato lavato e pulito, tutto profumava di pulito ma le macchie si vedevano.
