A recepcionista é muito atenciosa e querida, o quarto com vista pra uma avenida muito linda bem no centro perto de tudo o chuveiro muito bom super recomendo
Meu filho e minha nora também ficaram em um quarto muito bom amaram tudo
E o café maravilhoso e as meninas do café muito atenciosa também parabéns

- Café da manhã era bom, tinha variedades, mas o suco não era natural.
- Atendentes gentis e simpáticas.
- o nome Beira Mar nada a ver, bem distante da orla
Na relação custo x benefício (valor pago) é muito elevado o valor, a infra estrutura do hotel, extremamente, precária e desconfortável. Me hospedo em várias classes de hotéis, procurei escolher o melhor que tinha em Tramandaí, mas pela infra estrutura o valor deveria ser a metade do que foi cobrado.
