The staff members were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was very convenient to NCSU where my son was attending orientation. I will probably stay there again.
That Booking.com would not help me make change to my reservations after our plans changed.

Location was great for us.
Bring back daily room refreshing. You can’t keep blaming Covid-19 for the reason why you don’t refresh a room.
