Thank you for considering our little 'home away from home'.
This is a comfortable 2 bedroom (1 King/1 Queen), Sleeper Sofa, 2 full bath condominium on the Ground Level with a full kitchen and laundry in the unit. New, updated flooring throughout. All the amenities of home including WiFi, Smart 4K TVs (HD in second bedroom), Cable TV and a wide selection of Free Movie channels including Disney, NetFlix, Hulu, Ruku News and sporting channels (to name a few). If you have an account - you can use it here. Alexa is in the house! She sits on the kitchen counter and can answer all your questions, tell you the weather, play your favorite songs or even share a joke! We love her at home and knew she needed to be here too. You can sit on the front patio to relax or just enjoy the night air. You are free to use the shared BBQ/table area or take a dip in the pool - and sit under the cool waterfall. At the bottom of the hill, and easily accessed by path is a nice large park with a BB court and a great little playground for the kids. Mesquite is home to several amazing golf courses and 3 major casinos - so you have no reason to be bored! But we encourage you to unplug and relax!
You are also within an hour of Valley of the Fire or just over an hour to Zion National Park if you want to get out for an adventure and explore!

We love this unit! Comfortably beds, tastefully decorated, the view looks over a park and has scenic view of Mesquite. Working with the owners was easy. We will rebook!

Our unit had everything we needed, we lacked for nothing. It was also very conveniently located to the golf courses we were scheduled to play. I would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent response from host! A/C is loud but otherwise works great. Wish the beds were closed underneath to keep pets from going under to explore, but we blocked the area with whatever we could find and it worked out.
