This condo has 2 bedrooms 2 baths on the ground floor with its own kitchen, (1,013sq ft) and sleeps 6 adults. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, and a two car garage.
Max Occupancy 8 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

We were there to clean out my dad's house after his passing. This was a perfect place for everyone to hang out after a long days work. It was close enough to everything we needed, and far enough away from the mainstream "Mesquite" life. We had a great time. Thank you for the accommodations.

The pool is not open which was the whole reason we stayed here. There are only tiny garbage cans instead of 1 big one in the kitchen. The pull out sofa was great for an extra bed.
