About this apartment rental
This spacious 2 bedroom plus den condo located in Sarasota, Arielle on Palmer Ranch condominiums. There is one king size bed, one queen size bed, and a twin size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 5 people. Unit located on the first floor (no stairs). One car garage is also available in the condo
During your stay, you can stroll or bicycle ride on the Legacy Trail located right outside the community gates. In the evening, catch a sunset on the beach at the Famous Siesta Key only about 5 miles drive. Numerous restaurants on Main Street in Downtown Sarasota or St. Armand's Circle.,
Minimum stay 1 month.
Price based on 3 people occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities, WIFI, and Comcast Infinity Cable TV with starter package.
Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee , application, and background check fee ). Required refundable security deposit of $1500 when booking. Note that rates are subject to change without notice, and reservations are not guaranteed until the initial reservation deposit is received. No pets are allowed, and no smoking.

This property was as advertised. The owner communicated immediately on anything we wondered about or needed. It was a good location to do the things we wanted to do—not far from Venice nor the north side of Sarasota. It took us 10-15 minutes to get to Turtle Beach which became our favorite. It was a quiet place to be.

The location was ideal, neighborhood quiet, pool and hot tub excellent! Lanai nicely furnished, Use of garage, especially for our bikes, was ideal! Very close to 18.1 mile Legacy trail, excellent for bike ridding. We would return again.
