The guesthouse is beautiful and very comfortable, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food — as well as the beach café — are simply fantastic. We also really enjoyed all the excursions; they were truly special experiences.

Great location. Host and staff very welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious - breakfast, lunch , and dinner. Small Island you can walk bare foot all day on. Safe, Clean inland and beaches. Local people friendly (Muslims). Appreciative. Mutually respectful. No alcohol served anywhere. Peaceful place to relax.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The initial room we had was clean. We had the best time while on excursions to shark point, turtle bay and coral garden. We were lucky to see so many dolphins too. They took us out to the beach to take some drone shots with the sharks and stingrays which was nice. Definitely an unforgettable experience. Daily meals were very simple but yummy. Free bottled water was provided at the lobby. The area where we had our meals had tons of mosquitoes, but the hotel provided mosquitoes repellents which was very helpful.
Lacking of communication prior to arrival. We were not told where to go or who to meet when we arrived at Male airport even after asking the hotel a few times before our arrival. Our room was not cleaned everyday and cleaning was only upon request. On our last day, we were told to move to another room after breakfast because the current room we were staying in was booked for new guests which were arriving at 11am (check out was supposed to be at 12pm). We were told that we could check out later at 1pm instead if we moved so we did. We then found out that the new room had no hot water while showering and a dead cockroach in the balcony. While lying down on the bed, we found tiny insects on the bed which turned out to be bed bugs!!!! We asked to move into another room but was told that all the rooms were fully booked. But we somehow managed to move back into our initial room. It’s ridiculous to make us move into a room which has no hot water and infested with bed bugs just to make way for new guests. Wonder if they also do this to other guests or only us? Quite upset and disappointed to be ending our trip in Fulidhoo on a bad note.
