Below Crans, in the district of La Délège, outside the resort, 2.8 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house at 50 m. Shop 2.8 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Crans-Montana, La Délège" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 4.6 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 4.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 4.2 km, indoor tennis centre 4.2 km, riding stable 4.6 km, skisport facilities 3.2 km, cross country ski track 2.8 km.
