In the hamlet Bluche, 4 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 4 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden (not fenced) lawn 15 m2. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (limited number of spaces), single garage. Supermarket 3.6 km, restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop "Bluche village" 900 m, railway station "Funiculaire Bluche" 900 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 150 m, skisport facilities 3 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang Long 4.7 km, Grenon 5 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children groups of teenagers on request only.
