Very nice flat on the harbour side, in peaceful area. Everything clean and sparkling and in good working order. Good location with all facilities within easy reach. Comfortable bed. Helpful host

Lovely clean & comfortable, upper floor apartment. Excellent shower & good heating system. Nice views & good off road parking as long as you move your car 4 out of 24 hrs.
Accommodation was perfect for 2 people.Everthing necessary was provided. Only drawback would be parking if you returned during the day in the busy summer months. We always found space so this is being picky.

We highly recommend the drawing office , the flat is very close to the high street of Berwick upon tweed, there's lots of local restaurants and cafes ,there's also supermarkets just a short drive away .
The flat is very comfortable, very clean, lovely decorated , comfortable double bed , great shower with two separate toilets , plenty of towels and toiletries , free WIFI, the kitchen is modern and very well equipped, it's like home from home , it's lovely and warm with heating in each room , even though it's surrounded by a car park it's very quiet and has a beautiful cafe across the road on the quayside, the views are lovely of the river Tweed . Sarah the owner kept us informed of how to access the property which was very straightforward and secure . A bottle of prosecco was awaiting us on our arrival with complementary biscuits tea coffee sugar and milk which was lovely. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this a very lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it as there's lots of places to visit around Berwick , seahouses , bamburgh, holy island and just a short drive away , we also visited a lovely garden centre in Berwick just 6 mins drive away .
The only thing that could be a slight negative is the parking around the flat is free for 24hours but then you have to move your car , but there is other parking nearby that you can use , we went out everyday so it didn't really affect us , Sarah has left details of other parking

Easy parking (at the right times).
Best restaurants and drinking really close and the walk around the walls was stunning.
It didn't affect us but to park outside you have to move your vehicle for 4 hours in 24, however there are alternatives and we were out for more than 4 hours each day anyway! . .really had to scrape to find something we didn't like!

Nice to see an historic property repurposed as a holiday let. Attractive, comfy, well equipped, good parking in a quiet location yet really handy for town centre, eateries, main roads

Really nicely presented self catering property. Clean, comfortable and warm and very handily located for the town with great views of the river. Sarah was really helpful with clear instructions how to access the property and some good local recommendations. I’d be very happy to go back!

Some may find the location a little bit out od the way but I found the location down by the river Tweed great.
The facilities are very modern and the heating system in the accommodation worked very well during my winter stay.
The oven and kitchen area where good and there was both tea and coffee options available.
I was also given a free bottle of prosecco for my stay. Not my favourite drink but it got finished anyway.

Fantastic location on the Quayside with lots of free parking even on a bank holiday weekend. The views of the Tweed are spectacular and the property is only a short walk from all the restaurants, shops, and amenities in the city centre. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given the location and the facilities were just what we wanted with an open plan kitchen / sitting room, dining room that felt spacious plus a comfortable bedroom and clean en-suite.
There is almost nothing that can be faulted with the Drawing Room. It is upstairs which didn't bother us and enhanced the view, however I believe the ground floor Weights and Measures apartment is owned by the same host and online looks very similar.

beautiful, historic building in a great location near the water. a couple of good cafes also on the riverside a few steps away for breakfast. some very good restaurants a couple of mins walk away and perfect for a stunning walk around the old city walls - entrance steps just behind the property under the archway. the property itself was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfy. also very quiet and private with great views over the water. so many swans!

The facilities were excellent. The kitchen was clean and modern. Everything we needed was provided. Parking was a doddle in the car park outside. We were worried it would be noisy but we didn’t have any issues. Great views over the River Tweed, we got to see the famous swans from our window.
Being really picky here, overall we loved the property. The WiFi was a little slow and although there was a lot of space in the closet we would have liked a couple of drawers.

Gish, this place was so peaceful and quiet. It was just so easy to feel at home. The host was available when and if we had questions. And the location was good — close to restaurants and a movie theatre.

The area was nice and peaceful. Great views of the river the host even left binoculars so I watched the swans on the river .the apartment is perfect location for the shops and dining..also the apartment is loverly and clean nice and cosy absolute dream to stay as everything you need is there for cooking etc..and a big thanks for prosecco is was a lovely gesture ..thank you all round

The flat was immaculate and nice and cosy. Very well set up and was just like a home from home. Sarah, the host, was so friendly and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend as excellent value for money.
