Die Lage an einem wirklich schönen Strand war toll. Baden im Meer war sehr schön. Man ist der Natur sehr nahe. Wir haben häufig Aras gesehen und durften bei der Freilassung von frisch geschlüpften Schildkrötenbabys mithelfen. Die Unterkunft bezieht ihren Strom nur aus Solarenergie. Für die Ventilatoren und anderen Geräte im Haus hat es immer gereicht. Der Eigentümer hat uns allerdings schon geraten, besser tagsüber Handy zu laden, da der Vorrat für die Nacht bei bedeckten Tagen evtl. nicht reicht.
Wasserhähne waren alle locker. Der Weg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war sehr holprig und hat daher viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen (war aber in der Hausbeschreibung erwänht). Ebenfalls vorab bekannt, kann die Miete und etwaige Kosten für Ausflüge nur bar bezahlt werden. Dies ist aufgrund der begrenzten Möglichkeiten, solche Mengen Geld in Costa Rica abzuheben, nervig und kann zu Problemen führen. Föne und andere Geräte mit hoher Stromaufnahme dürfen nicht benutzt werden.

What an amazing place! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach house. The location is breathtaking - in the middle of nature, between the sea and mangroves. Many thanks to Pascal and his team, also for organizing the great excursions (kayaking in the mangroves and dolphin watching / snorkeling). We hope to come back sometime!
