The resort check-in process begins at 4PM. The resort cannot guarantee access to your villa before 4PM. Should your villa not be ready at 4PM, the front office staff will store your luggage and you may enjoy the resort's amenities until your villa is ready.

This villa is part of a timeshare resort. Photos and floor plans shown represent a typical unit and may vary slightly in layout, décor, or exact view.
Villa assignments are made by The Westin at check-in. The exact location within the resort is not confirmed until arrival.
All villas offer the same level of quality, comfort, and access to full Westin St. John resort amenities.

Transportation, Ferry & Shuttle Service
Guests may travel from Cyril E. King Airport (St. Thomas) to The Westin St. John Villas using either the private Westin ferry service or the public ferry system.
The Westin offers a convenient all-in-one transfer experience that includes airport check-in assistance, ground transportation to the ferry terminal, and a scenic ferry ride directly to the Westin dock on St. John. This is the easiest and most seamless option for families and first-time visitors.
Guests may also choose to use the public ferry, combined with taxi service between the airport and ferry terminal. This option provides flexibility and may be preferred by experienced travelers.

The Westin has a great full service ride from airport to the Westin ferry on St Thomas with direct ferry to the resort with luggage delivery directly to villa. It is a per person fee you would book directly (not included in the villa rental);
There is also a separate public ferry at Red Hook in St Thomas to Cruz Bay in St John.
