This is an especially easy and seamless option. The Westin offers a convenient full-service transfer experience from St. Thomas to the resort, including airport assistance, ground transportation to the Westin ferry, direct ferry service to the resort, and luggage delivery directly to your villa.
The service is charged per person and booked directly through The Westin. Transportation and ferry fees are not included in the villa rental rate.
PUBLIC FERRY
Guests may also take a taxi from the St. Thomas airport to Red Hook, followed by the public ferry to Cruz Bay, St. John, and a taxi from Cruz Bay to The Westin. This option provides additional flexibility and may be preferred by guests familiar with traveling between St. Thomas and St. John.
Please note: Ferry and ground transportation fees are not included in the villa rental rate and are paid directly to the applicable service provider.

U.S.V.I. TIMESHARE FEE
Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S.V.I. has mandated a $25 per day (not per person) tax, which will appear on your bill along with any incidentals. The Westin is legally required to collect this fee upon checkout.
CHECK-IN
The resort check-in process begins at 4:00 PM. The resort cannot guarantee access to your villa before 4:00 PM. Should your villa not be ready at 4:00 PM, the front office staff will store your luggage and you may enjoy the resort's amenities until your villa is ready.
